I love my work :-) Helping others to recognize their strengths, struggles, and create a sustainable life is at the heart of my efforts as a therapist, writer, and presenter. 

My specialties include Resilience & Burnout, Chronic Pain & Medical Conditions, and Women’s Mental Health. Johns Hopkins started my education and training, and it continues with my ongoing experiences with the incredible people I’m honored to work with.
